As we continue expanding our international footprint, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in delivering strategic hiring solutions for our global clients across diverse markets.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to international clients—leading recruitment cycles, driving sourcing strategies, and ensuring high-quality candidate delivery across various functions and geographies. This role is ideal for a highly motivated recruiter with strong international exposure, advisory skills, and a proven track record in closing roles at speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects for global clients across multiple industries
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across MENA, GCC, and other international regions
  • Conduct advanced candidate assessments and present shortlists with clear justifications
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide clients through seamless hiring decisions
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure excellent candidate and client experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and account management to ensure service excellence
  • Contribute to internal process improvements, mentoring junior recruiters when needed

Job Requirements

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency and/or international recruitment experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to handle multiple complex roles across international markets, especially in the GCC
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure
