Job Description
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Handle all recruitment activities including job postings, tracking candidates, and maintaining organized recruitment records.
- Source candidates proactively using various channels (referrals, job boards, networking, universities).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and share shortlists with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers and coordinate onboarding with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and Egyptian labor laws.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness).
- Act as a point of contact and advisor for hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of solid experience in hands-on recruitment.
- Strong track record in managing multiple roles across different functions.
- Skilled in using Excel and manual tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labor law and hiring standards.
