Job Description
Talent Management & OD Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the organization by developing and implementing strategies that promote employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience
-Minimum 1 year in OD department
-very good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good proficiency in Visio for organizational chart creation and process mapping.
