Job Description
Talent Management & OD Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the organization by developing and implementing strategies that promote employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. This position is responsible for aligning workforce capabilities with organizational goals, facilitating change initiatives, and ensuring robust succession planning. Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience
-Minimum 1 year in OD department
-very good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good proficiency in Visio for organizational chart creation and process mapping.
