Job Description
General duties and responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain and update organizational charts and workforce reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development programs.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure that all employees' information is up to date and effectively managed at all times.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refunds with the company’s medical provider.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.
- A diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- 1-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist, mainly handling Talent Acquisition, Personnel, OD, and Employee Relations.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws
- Excellent English language skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
