Job Description
- Handle leads, analysis, communication, management, and follow-up to ensure the timely processing of requests.
- Manage individual and corporate travel requests, apply proper offers, and confirm bookings according to agreements and contracts.
- Develop and design unique travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
- Research and select appropriate accommodations, transportation options, and activities for each itinerary to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and logistics, and recommend personalized solutions.
- Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, and tickets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage CRM system file registrations and maintain an organized system for client information.
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the trip, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Set up and update seasonal trips to various destinations, including honeymoon packages and family vacations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to enhance the quality of the services offered.
Job Requirements
