Job Description

  • Handle leads, analysis, communication, management, and follow-up to ensure the timely processing of requests.
  • Manage individual and corporate travel requests, apply proper offers, and confirm bookings according to agreements and contracts.
  • Develop and design unique travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
  • Research and select appropriate accommodations, transportation options, and activities for each itinerary to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and logistics, and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, and tickets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage CRM system file registrations and maintain an organized system for client information.
  • Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the trip, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Set up and update seasonal trips to various destinations, including honeymoon packages and family vacations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to enhance the quality of the services offered.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and service providers.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other travel-related software.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, accommodation options, and transportation services.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
