Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Follow up on deals and ensure timely closing.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales/account management role.
- At least 2 years experience in IT industry
- Background in IT & software and Eager to learn more and more.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent in Arabic and English.
