What You Need Is
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
Min 2 years' experience within the Façade industry
Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory
Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers
Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management
Experience working in a commercial sales role in UAE market, with proven success in selling value adding solutions to contractors/end users
Structured approach and time management capabilities
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Self-driven, energetic and ability to work autonomously
