Job Description

  • Promote and represent DevedUp’s Agencies to both new and existing clients in a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough market, pricing, and competitor analysis to develop strategic approaches that enhance sales performance and client engagement.
  • Apply advanced sales techniques including upselling, cross-selling, and lead conversion to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert cold leads into active clients through customized communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Understand the core offerings of DevedUp and its agencies to confidently explain and position solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales achievements, provide insights, and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with DevedUp’s evolving services and growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience in GCC countries and the USA.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of GCC and MENA market dynamics and familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; verbal, written, and remote (calls, emails, online meetings).
