Job Description
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and manage sales forecasting models and pipelines in coordination with sales leadership.
- Oversee CRM system usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Design and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to streamline operations.
- Track and analyze sales incentive plans, commissions, and targets.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on tools and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
