Job Description

  • The ERP Senior Sales role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on driving sales of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. 
  • This position requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, the ability to articulate their value to potential clients, and the skills to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles. 
  • As a Senior Sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for ERP solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our ERP systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to ERP.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our ERP solutions and expand professional networks.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
