Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand export trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with foreign customers.
- Handle all documentation related to export operations, including invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and compliance forms.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
- Monitor and report on performance in international markets, including sales metrics and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company export policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in [FMCG / manufacturing / herbal products].
- Strong knowledge of international sales regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Proven ability to build and manage global client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and culturally aware.
