Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Bluworks’ product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation, closing
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SaaS sales

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a related technology sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
