Job Description
Semicolon Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and creative agency services, who has successfully handled high-value client accounts and generated significant revenue streams.
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term business relationships in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid to large clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision makers and marketing heads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery.
- Represent the agency in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences across the region.
- Maintain detailed records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and provide regular market insights and feedback.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within a digital marketing or creative agency (minimum 3 years).
- Demonstrated success in closing deals worth $50K+ across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as branding, performance marketing, social media, UI/UX, and web development.
- Existing network of potential clients in the MENA region is a big plus.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
