Job Description
Manages and grows relationships with wholesale clients. Ensures distribution effectiveness, product availability, and execution of sales targets.
- Manage existing wholesale customer base and build new partnerships
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock allocation by region
- Analyze sales trends, returns, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor credit limits, overdue collections, and sales returns
- Educate wholesale partners on product features and updates
- Execute promotional strategies for wholesalers and bulk buyers
- Prepare detailed territory reports and account forecasts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
- 8–12 years of B2B sales or distribution management experience
- Strong understanding of wholesale channel dynamics and pricing structures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and CRM reporting abilities
