Job Description

Manages and grows relationships with wholesale clients. Ensures distribution effectiveness, product availability, and execution of sales targets.

  • Manage existing wholesale customer base and build new partnerships
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock allocation by region
  • Analyze sales trends, returns, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor credit limits, overdue collections, and sales returns
  • Educate wholesale partners on product features and updates
  • Execute promotional strategies for wholesalers and bulk buyers
  • Prepare detailed territory reports and account forecasts

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
  2. 8–12 years of B2B sales or distribution management experience
  3. Strong understanding of wholesale channel dynamics and pricing structures
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Strong planning and CRM reporting abilities
