Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries; make outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Customer Support: Provide accurate information regarding our coworking spaces, event venues, and virtual office services.
Sales Facilitation: Guide potential clients through the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth experience.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
