Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the client base, and develop strategic relationships, with a focus on selling CRM solutions to businesses and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Manage and mentor the sales team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the CRM sector.
- Participate in sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales B2B preferably in CRM solutions and Realestate.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
