Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the client base, and develop strategic relationships, with a focus on selling CRM solutions to businesses and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Manage and mentor the sales team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored CRM solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the CRM sector.
Participate in sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales B2B preferably in CRM solutions and Realestate.
Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
