About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in the rapidly evolving e-commerce and fintech landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital payment solutions, merchant acquisition, and customer lifecycle strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue targets across diverse verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring and retaining merchants and business partners.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Identify new market opportunities and tailor product offerings to client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage and grow a high-performing sales team through coaching, performance tracking, and clear KPIs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for high-value accounts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital payments, merchant onboarding, or B2B platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
