Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients interested in toll manufacturing (private label & contract manufacturing).
Present Mamiba’s capabilities and customized solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and after-sales support.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Negotiate contracts and follow up on payment terms in coordination with the finance department.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide periodic reports to management.
Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade fairs to generate leads.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Experience in toll manufacturing or private label sales is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
Proficient in using Analysis and reporting software such as Excel, Power Point and Power BI
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
