Job Description
- We are currently seeking two proactive and results-driven Area Sales Managers, one based in Cairo and the other in Alexandria, to lead and grow our sales operations within their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Expand and manage a strong customer base including ready-mix plants, contractors, and consultants
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key clients
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure effective product usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction materials or chemical admixtures industry
- Proven sales track record and strong client network
- Solid understanding of the concrete and construction industry in Egypt
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Must be a resident of Cairo or Alexandria (depending on location applied for)
- Owning a private car is a must
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
