Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused B2B Sales Executive to join our corporate insurance team. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients through the full sales and onboarding cycle. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with a consultative, solution-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients in target sectors.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand each client’s challenges and insurance requirements.
- Build a strong pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
Solution Presentation & Proposal Management:
- Present tailored insurance solutions that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with technical and underwriting teams to develop proposals and financial offers.
- Deliver compelling presentations to HR, finance, and senior-level decision-makers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Manage objections professionally and lead contract negotiations to closure.
- Finalize agreements and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth policy activation and onboarding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new corporate accounts closed
- Quarterly sales target achievement
- Lead conversion rate and sales pipeline quality
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain trust with key corporate stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of corporate contacts (especially HR or Procurement decision-makers).
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in medical or group insurance solutions.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
