Job Description
- Design and deliver OD strategies, processes, policies, forms, and interventions
- Contribute to the design and development of a strategic workforce planning and assessment, that optimize the organization’s talent, structure, process, and culture.
- Develop job evaluation, grading and job descriptions methodology.
- Responsible for HRIS; including the development of HR reports, dashboards, turnover reports
- Ensure design career management framework.
- Establish, develop and maintain the organization chart and all of HR policies, procedures, and process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor' degree in relevant discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in the organizational development and change management initiatives
- Very good in English and excellent MSO skills.
- Work location is in Sadat city so nearby residents are a highly preferred.
