Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Use various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Support the development and delivery of training and development programs.
- Assist with talent management, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
- Facilitate employee engagement surveys and help implement action plans.
- Contribute to culture initiatives, change management, and organizational assessments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align people initiatives with business strategy.
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR, OD, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform needs assessments and analyze areas of strength and weakness.
- Ability to coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflicts and seek workable solutions.
- From 4 to 6 years of experience in the OD function.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
- Microsoft Office professional user (Especially Excel & Visio).
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or team-building activities.
- Superb analytical and time-management skills.
- Public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.
