Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  3. Use various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  1. Support the development and delivery of training and development programs.
  2. Assist with talent management, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
  3. Facilitate employee engagement surveys and help implement action plans.
  4. Contribute to culture initiatives, change management, and organizational assessments.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align people initiatives with business strategy.

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR, OD, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to perform needs assessments and analyze areas of strength and weakness.
  • Ability to coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflicts and seek workable solutions.
  • From 4 to 6 years of experience in the OD function.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Microsoft Office professional user (Especially Excel & Visio).

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or team-building activities.
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills.
  • Public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.
