Job Description
- Modern Trade Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to modern trade channels.
- Identify key opportunities for product placement and promotion within modern trade outlets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions for modern trade channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels.
- Negotiate and manage trade marketing agreements and contracts.
- Provide support and training to sales teams on modern trade marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and market trends in modern trade channels.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market performance and trends to the Activation Marketing Manager.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for modern trade marketing activities.
- Track and report on budget performance and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
- Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
- Experience creating online content
- Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- BSc in Marketing or relevant degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the same field.
