Job Description
- You'll be a key player in convincing businesses to join our program, earning attractive bonuses and ongoing monthly commissions for every ongoing success you achieve!
- This is a flexible role, ideal for self-starters looking to grow with an expanding startup.
Responsibilities
- Pitch our innovative program to venue owners in Cairo, including:
- Cafes
- Restaurants
- Gyms
- Beauty Centers
- Hairdressers
- Hospitals
- Clinics
- Conduct an average of 15 outdoor visits to businesses per week.
- Build strong relationships with small business owners and diligently follow up on leads.
- Work as a team player and follow management directions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Comfortable with in-person pitches and cold visits.
- A self-starter who can work independently and effectively.
- Based in Cairo with good knowledge of local areas (e.g., Heliopolis, Zamalek, Maadi, Nasr City).
- Arabic fluency required; English is a plus.
What We Offer
- Full-time role (40 hours/week).
- Per-placement bonus: for each venue that joins the pilot.
- Commission: 10% monthly commission on revenue .
