Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project from planning through execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, including managing subcontractors and supplier Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manages the relation between engineering consultants / site supervision and contractors within the work constraints.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and updates.
- Collaborate with QC. and project management team to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural engineering or relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required in projects management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
- Proficient in writing and editing of project specifications and technical reports.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
