Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for beauty and luxury brands across all channels (offline and online).
- Own annual marketing calendars and budgets in alignment with brand principals.
- Manage media planning, content creation, events, and influencer/PR campaigns with a luxury sensibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales, retail, training, and e-commerce teams to drive commercial success.
- Maintain relationships with global brand partners, ensuring brand equity and local relevance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in managerial or supervisory role with at least 3 years in beauty, luxury, or fashion.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Proven success in managing campaigns for premium or luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
