Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute both offline and digital marketing strategies, while managing public relations and brand reputation. This role is central to increasing our market share, driving customer engagement, and building brand trust in Egypt and across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Marketing:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns including events, activations, sponsorships, and trade shows.
  • Manage production of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, branded merchandise, etc.).
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support field marketing efforts.
  • Identify partnership and co-branding opportunities within the automotive and related industries.

2. Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize based on performance.
  • Supervise content creation, working closely with designers, video editors, and content writers.
  • Manage the website content and online customer journey to align with business goals.

3. Public Relations & Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong media relationships (automotive, business, tech media, etc.).
  • Manage company PR campaigns, media releases, and press kits.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency across all communication.
  • Handle crisis communication when necessary and monitor public sentiment.

4. Branding & Strategy:

  • Translate business goals into brand strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity in line with company objectives.
  • Lead market research efforts to inform strategic planning.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns (offline & digital).
  • Experience with PR strategy and working with media agencies.
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience in tech-enabled platforms is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative, data-driven, and hands-on leader.
