Job Description

Job Summary: 

We seek a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in media buying to lead paid digital campaigns for RUSHBRUSH, INC. You will drive online sales and customer acquisition through paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), YouTube, TikTok, and more. 

• Own and manage a monthly media buying budget to meet e-commerce sales targets and customer acquisition goals. 

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and test high-converting ad creatives and copy tailored to platform audiences. 

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale winning strategies. 

• Oversee and implement tracking systems, including Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs. 

• Monitor daily performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency. 

• Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and product offers. 

• Responsible for website tracking and managing its conversion rate, campaigns, sales, and ROI. 

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Looker Studio, etc. 

• Work closely with the e-commerce, product, and inventory teams to align marketing with promotions and product availability. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is a must. 

• Excellent English level. 

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing media buying for e-commerce brands.

 • Proven track record of scaling paid ad accounts with ROAS and CPA goals.

 • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Shopping), and TikTok Ads. 

• Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and attribution modeling. 

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and data reporting. 

• Familiarity with Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms. Preferred Qualifications: 

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. 

• Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, or SMS marketing platforms. 

• Knowledge of performance creative testing frameworks and user-generated content strategies. 

• Experience with influencer whitelisting, paid collaborations, or affiliate marketing is a plus. 

• Knowledge of UI/UX of website and mobile application.
