Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a reliable partner in managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and administrative tasks.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Project Support: Assist in various projects, providing research, analysis, and coordination as needed.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize complex travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
