Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on selling comprehensive IT solutions to clients across various sectors including corporate, industrial, and governmental. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, work closely with technical teams, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across different sectors (corporate, industrial, governmental).
- Promote and sell a wide range of IT solutions, including:
- Infrastructure Solutions
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Computing
- Data Storage & Backup Systems
- Manage the full sales cycle from:
Lead Generation → Client Meetings → Demos → Proposals → Negotiation → Closing - Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and analyze client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical/commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT or infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical background and solid understanding of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
