Job Description

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients to expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to secure profitable deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or paper industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
