Job Description:
- We are a global IT hardware company specializing in Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and IBM server parts and options.
- We’re expanding our team and hiring a bilingual Arabic-English Sales & Support Executive to help us grow our business in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who is fluent in Arabic and English, has strong communication skills, and is interested in IT hardware sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from Arabic-speaking customers and resellers and integrators
- Communicate professionally in Arabic and English via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
- Record and process inquiries involving part numbers, server models, and SKUs
- Prepare and send accurate quotes based on product inquiries or RFQs
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records in a CRM system (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Coordinate internally with procurement and technical support teams for lead fulfillment
- Stay updated on Dell, HPE, Lenovo server products (training provided)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory
- Strong phone communication skills – must be comfortable answering and making calls
- 1+ year experience in B2B sales, IT support, or inside sales preferred
- Basic understanding or interest in enterprise IT hardware
- Familiar with server brands such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo (DL380, R750 R760, SR650, etc.)
- Proficient with Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Web
- Able to work full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time)
- Stable internet and quiet home office setup (100mbps speed recommended )
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with IT resellers, system integrators, or distributors
- Knowledge of technical product lines (controllers, memory, storage, CPUs, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up ability
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: EGP 10,000 – 15,000 (based on experience)
