Job Description
ZambalitaFit seeks a proactive and persuasive female online sales representative to manage all online chats and messages (Wix, Meta, WhatsApp) and support subscriber growth. You’ll engage leads with empathy, convert inquiries into paid clients, coordinate with marketing and IT team members, and also represent ZambalitaFit at potential partner meetings across Cairo.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to chats and leads promptly via Wix Inbox, Meta (FB/IG) Inbox, WhatsApp Business, and emerging platforms
- Qualify leads, guide them through ZambalitaFit's programs (7X, Silver, Platinum), and manage upsells
- Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion KPIs (response time, leads converted, revenue generated)
- Liaise with marketing, website, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate information
- Represent ZambalitaFit in person with potential local partners in Cairo
- Maintain accurate client data in Google Sheets or CRM as needed
- Provide feedback on lead trends and client queries to inform campaign optimization
Job Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in online sales, chat support, tele-sales, or inbound customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-flexible environment (~10 hours/day)
- Ability to meet weekly/monthly targets with structured follow-up and tracking
- Quick to learn new tools (CRM, chat systems, automation flows)
- Comfortable attending occasional partner meetings in Cairo
