Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to clients using solid arguments and persuasive communication.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
