Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to clients using solid arguments and persuasive communication.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
