Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and initiating relationships with potential clients. You’ll play a critical role in identifying business opportunities and creating the first impression of Flex Tech Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers across target markets.
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs and fit with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content strategies.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech, SaaS, or IT services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
