We’re seeking a Client Experience & Relations Specialist to serve as the tone setter during touchpoints for clients and investors while also driving outreach and initiation. This role blends presence, psychology, and professionalism with an active role for building and strengthening client relationships.
Role Overview
You will be both a face and voice of A77. From initiating conversations with potential clients to joining discovery calls and managing follow-ups, you’ll ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, tailored, and frictionless. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of client relations, business development, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Initiation
- Conduct client outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm leads.
- Support business development by securing discovery calls and introducing A77’s value proposition.
- Track outreach activity, leads, and status in various project management & CRM tools.

Client Experience & Relations
- Represent A77 on discovery calls, ensuring professional presence and capturing key notes.
- Send polished follow-ups, thank-you notes, and next-step communications.
- Maintain ongoing touchpoints with clients and investors.
- Coordinate schedules, proposals, and project updates across multiple time zones.
- Contribute and help design, refine, and develop existing and new client experiences and workflows.

Strategic Support
- Prepare leadership with briefing notes before key meetings.
- Represent A77 at select events, activations, or meetings where presence and professionalism add value.
- Provide light executive support (calendar, correspondence, travel coordination).

Job Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic or French a plus.
- Polished, confident presence in professional and client-facing settings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in client relations, investor relations, hospitality, or business development support is highly valued.
- Tech-savvy: familiar with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and remote workflows.
- Culturally versatile, able to interact with both North American and MENA clients seamlessly.
