Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on account status and market trends.
- Coordinate and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build professional networks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or health supplement sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
