Job Description
We’re an advisory and support partner for AI & automation agencies looking to launch and grow. Our flagship 90-day program helps these agencies nail down their niche, craft compelling offers, and consistently acquire new clients.
Our Client Success Managers (CSMs) are at the center of this journey. You’ll prepare deliverables such as market research, outreach scripts, and offer documents and then work directly with agency founders through weekly check-in calls to make sure they’re on track. You’ll also play a crucial role in renewals by guiding clients to extend their engagement with us beyond the initial 90 days.
When you join, you’ll start with a smaller client portfolio (around 4–5 clients) so you can deeply learn our systems and methods. You’ll spend your extra time shadowing our Client Success Lead, joining calls, documenting processes, and helping improve how we deliver. Over the first 90 days, your client load will grow to a full portfolio of 8–10 clients. This is a full-time role from day one, designed for someone who wants to grow fast and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of ~8–10 clients (starting smaller during training).
- Prepare client-facing deliverables, including:
- Market research summaries.
- Outreach scripts.
- Offer documents.
- Lead weekly check-in calls with clients, presenting deliverables and tracking progress.
- Track client milestones in the CRM to ensure they stay on schedule.
- Run renewal conversations at the 90-day mark, aiming to secure extensions (90 or 180 days).
- Document client feedback and update internal systems for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Lead to refine playbooks and processes.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Background
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in business, marketing, consulting, or a client-facing role.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals (e.g. market research, competitor analysis, customer needs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting ideas to clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients at once.
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management platforms).
