The Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Associate to join our startup during this exciting scaling stage. You’ll work directly with our Client Success Lead, supporting our agency clients with the research, copywriting, and resources they need to win their first deals.
This role is ideal for someone who loves market research, competitor analysis, and persuasive copywriting and wants to grow into a more strategic position over time. You’ll start as the execution engine of the team, but you’ll be expected to challenge our processes, bring fresh ideas, and push us to get better results for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Join client check-in calls (observer/admin support).
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis for client niches.
- Write outreach scripts and sales call scripts for clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client resources (reports, templates, frameworks).
- Track client progress and maintain client success systems.
- Suggest improvements to how we run client success and deliverables.
