1-3 years of experience in retail leasing, property acquisition, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and property acquisitions.
Strong understanding of retail property markets and commercial real estate trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings as needed.
Full-time, onsite availability required.
