Job Description
Role: Community Classroom Builder (Project-Based to Full-Time)
This role is for someone who, in a parallel universe, would’ve probably been a phenomenal teacher.
You love making complex ideas simple.
You enjoy explaining concepts clearly — with examples, metaphors, and illustrations.
You care deeply about making information stick.
You love the idea of building a structured learning experience for a tight-knit community — even if they’re “clients” and not “students.”
Compensation (Based on Deadline and Quality)
The faster you execute with high-quality output, the more you earn:
- Finish in ≤ 30 days = 30,000 EGP
- Finish in ≤ 45 days = 25,000 EGP
- Finish in ≤ 60 days = 20,000 EGP
You’ll need to dedicate a full 8 hours/day to meet the 30 days milestone.
If you succeed and we’re happy with your ownership and output → we’ll offer you a full-time role managing the mid-ticket and high-ticket communities long term.
Ideal Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience writing or structuring online learning content (e.g. Notion, Skool, Teachable, Kajabi, etc.)
- Understands how to turn raw content or scripts into effective, engaging lesson material
- Is obsessed with clarity, structure, and simplicity — “teach like you’d teach your 12-year-old sibling”
- Can write fluently in English (tone: casual, smart, strategic, NOT academic)
- Bonus: understands the client acquisition space or online sales concepts
- Bonus: familiar with Charlie Morgan’s content (or similar creators)
- Bonus: has used Gamma, Notion, Skool, or similar tools
Path to Full-Time Role

- Show initiative and an understanding of how learning impacts client results

What the Full-Time Role Would Look Like:
- Manage the Mid-Ticket (Skool) and High-Ticket (Slack) client communities
- Continuously improve the classroom based on client feedback and performance
- Track module progress, assignments, and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to create new content and maintain SOPs
- Be the learning and delivery backbone of GenScout’s new ecosystem
This role is essential to our mission — you’ll play a key part in helping hundreds of businesses grow through structured learning, smart systems, and performance-driven support.

Job Requirements
Project Scope
You’ll build two online classrooms:
- A mid-ticket Skool community (self-service — more instructional, how-to format)
- A high-ticket client support community (more strategic — guiding, not handholding)
You will be responsible for:
- Structuring the entire learning journey (modules → lessons → milestones)
- Creating engaging lesson scripts based on outlines we provide or content we reference
- Writing copy or talking points that feel natural — not like corporate training
- Using Gamma to design interactive, visual slides (we’ll train you on it)
- Creating or embedding video recordings (where needed)
- Keeping things lightweight, practical, and client-friendly
- Collaborating with the client success team for feedback and coordination
