Job Description
- Develop and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons to students in accordance with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Incorporate innovative teaching strategies, multimedia resources, and interactive activities to enhance language learning.
- Support students in developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and school-wide language initiatives.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Provide individualized support to students with varying language abilities and learning styles.
- Promote cultural awareness and appreciation of Spanish-speaking countries through classroom activities and events.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience teaching Spanish, preferably in a school setting.
