Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales / property consultancy is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.
