About the Job:
Nebula Coffee Roasters is expanding! We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale sales channel. You will play a key role in developing partnerships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices, offering them premium specialty coffee solutions and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify and approach potential business clients across Egypt
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, coffee, or hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and close deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
