Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
- 3 – 5 years of extensive experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of generators and compressors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers at a senior level.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of sales engineers.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
