Job Description
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed technical responses.
- Solution Development:
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Work with the engineering and product teams to customize offerings based on client requirements.
- Design and present proposals that highlight technical and business benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Build trust and credibility by addressing technical concerns and solving problems efficiently.Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
