Job Description

  • Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
    • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed technical responses.
  • Solution Development:
    • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
    • Work with the engineering and product teams to customize offerings based on client requirements.
    • Design and present proposals that highlight technical and business benefits.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
    • Build trust and credibility by addressing technical concerns and solving problems efficiently.Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
    • Participate in strategy meetings to help identify opportunities for growth.
  • Post-Sales Support:
    • Assist with the implementation and deployment of solutions to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Provide training and technical support to clients as needed.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor of Degree 
From 30 to 40 

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

· Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar technical sales role.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., oil and gas, manufacturing and lubrication field) is highly preferred.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Results-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, platforms, and software (e.g., CRM systems, CAD software, or simulation tools).
