Job Description
- Supervise the execution of daily and preventive electrical maintenance activities across all mall facilities, including power stations, distribution panels, lighting systems, and emergency generators.
- Support the Maintenance Department Manager in the development and implementation of comprehensive maintenance plans (preventive and corrective) for all electrical and mechanical systems.
- Oversee the work of external technical maintenance contractors, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and scheduled timelines.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose root-cause solutions to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the electrical maintenance team by assigning daily tasks, reviewing work reports, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Security, Facility Management) to ensure the stability of daily operations.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic technical reports related to electrical maintenance and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor the inventory of spare parts and electrical supplies, and coordinate with the Procurement Department to secure ongoing needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a similar environment (malls, commercial facilities, or large-scale projects).
- Excellent knowledge of power distribution systems, UPS systems, diesel generators, control systems, and Egyptian electrical codes and standards.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS), AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to perform under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Good command of English, especially for technical reporting and written communication.
