Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and support the expansion of our smart technology and fire systems solutions portfolio.

You’ll play a critical role in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client and partner engagements, while aligning with the company’s revenue and market expansion goals

 

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2C leads through campaigns, networking, and outreach.

Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Lead the process of technical and financial proposal coordination in collaboration with presales and engineering teams.

Coordinate partnerships, alliances, and channel development initiatives.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, market feedback, and strategic planning.

Support client onboarding, documentation, and after-sales handover.

Job Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

Lead the process of technical and financial proposal coordination in collaboration with presales and engineering teams.

Coordinate partnerships, alliances, and channel development initiatives.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, market feedback, and strategic planning.

Support client onboarding, documentation, and after-sales handover.

Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.

???? Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction field, preferably in technical, fire protection MEP and engineering, or smart systems sectors.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, presales coordination, and proposal creation.

Familiar with CRM platforms, market research tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
