Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across Bow & Ark’s chocolate and pastry retail branches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions and identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with external parties to secure advantageous deals for the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Support the launch of new products, services, and branch openings by coordinating with marketing and operations teams.
- Represent Bow & Ark at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the retail or food industry.
- Strong understanding of the chocolate, pastry, or food retail market in Egypt.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and branch visits as required.
