Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage calendars, agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for upper management.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence professionally.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the direct manager when needed, take detailed notes, and provide structured follow-up actions.
  • Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues and other departments when necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and similar applications.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and operational teams.
