Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage calendars, agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for upper management.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence professionally.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the direct manager when needed, take detailed notes, and provide structured follow-up actions.
- Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues and other departments when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and similar applications.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and operational teams.
